What To Expect
Your First Visit
- Schedule by phone (212.543.4325) or email (mullenchiro@gmail.com).
- We can email intake paperwork in advance, or arrive early to fill out forms.
- First appointments are approximately one hour, and include intake, discussion, comprehensive musculoskeletal examination, and your first treatment.
- Please wear or bring loose, comfortable clothing.
Regular Visits
- Typically 20 to 30 minutes.
- Each visit is tailored to your needs. Treatments often vary from visit to visit.
- Our goal: restore you to optimal function in the shortest possible time frame.
Office Hours and Payments
We are not members of any private insurance plan, and payment is expected at the time of service.
We will give you detailed insurance forms for paid services, which you can submit to your carrier for direct reimbursement consideration, as your individual plan allows.
We are non-participating providers for Medicare. Our Medicare patients pay at the time of service. We will submit your claim to Medicare, and they will reimburse you directly. We can explain how this works by phone.
